Step 2: After selecting "Review," upload your contract and specify which party you are in the contract.
Step 3: Click on "Find Legal Risk" for a one-click risk assessment within your agreement. The "Find Legal Risk" feature, developed through a combination of specialized training from our legal team and engineering solutions, typically takes 5-10 minutes, depending on the length of the contract.
Step 4： Tailor the revisions. Turing's review will comprehensively identify all the risk points related to your role in the contract and provide suggestions and modification options. If you have further ideas for modifications, you can use the "Regenerate" feature to share your thoughts, and Turing will offer new recommendations.
Step 4: If you're satisfied with the revision, you can easily incorporate them into your contract by clicking the "Add to Modification Plan" button.
Step 5: You can manage the content you wish to revise within the "Modification Plan". Once you've finalized your modification strategy, click "Confirm Plan and Modify the Agreement" to apply the changes to the agreement with a single click.
