Step 2: After selecting "Draft," specify which party you are in the contract.
Step 3: Follow Our Checklist to Complete the Draft. You don't need to stress over the precision of the language you input. Turing will assist in converting your input into professional contractual language. However, please ensure that your thoughts and requests are comprehensively detailed in the input.
Step 4: Engage with Turing for Clarifications on the Checklist. Should any item on the checklist spark contemplation or raise questions, you can always activate Turing. Simply select the checklist item in question and communicate your concerns directly with Turing for guidance.
Step 5: To manually modify the agreement, click on "Edit" to access the agreement. Keep in mind that using the "Edit" will deactivate the Drafting Checklist. Therefore, ensure you've completed the Checklist before proceeding with edits (we will solve this in our next version). While editing manually, you can still utilize our other features to assist you.
